#1 Introduction
Project Overview
HR management dashboard
Responsibility: UX/UI project
HR PeoplePlus is an internal organizational system a centralized, visualized interface that provides HR professionals, managers, and executives with real-time insights and key metrics related to various aspects of human resources within an organization.
User Problem
a user | a need | a goal
Employees often find it challenging to navigate through various HR-related tasks, such as accessing their benefits information, submitting time-off requests, or finding company policies. They may feel overwhelmed by the complexity of HR systems, leading to frustration and decreased productivity. Additionally, they might not have access to important HR-related information, leading to misunderstandings and miscommunication.
Business Problem
what do we want to achieve?
From the business perspective, HR processes can be time-consuming and resource-intensive. Manual handling of payroll management, employee onboarding, and performance evaluations can lead to inefficiencies and errors. Moreover, the lack of real-time data and insights into HR metrics makes it difficult for the management to make informed decisions regarding workforce planning and talent management.
The Goal
Integrated HR Management Dashboard for streamlined workflows and improved decision-making.

Empathize
-Understand employees' and HR professionals' needs, goals, and pain points and empathize with their specific challenges and preferences.
- Develop empathy maps to visualize the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of users related to HR tasks and interactions.
User Interview
Interview results based on conversations with users of an HR dashboard management system, highlighting various pain points they encounter.
Interviewed 4 people in the field of human resources and recruitment, it was important for me to hear them.

The general points I found:
1. Complex navigation.
2. Lack of real-time data.
3. Limited self-service options.
4. Users stress the importance of a user-friendly interface for better adoption rates.
Define
Empathy Map: Understanding user needs in HR Dashboard Management
By understanding thoughts, feelings, and actions, we can design an HR dashboard that addresses pain points and aligns with goals and objectives.

User pain points
User pain points refer to specific problems, frustrations, or challenges that users face while using a product, service, or system.
These pain points represent areas of dissatisfaction or difficulty that can affect the overall user experience and hinder users from achieving their goals effectively.
Identifying and addressing these pain points is crucial for enhancing the usability and satisfaction of the product or service.
